1. What is the application process like?

We strive to process applications as quickly as possible. If you’ve applied through our website and haven’t heard back from us in more than 7 days, then please give our office a call so we can help check the status of your application for you! In order to complete the application process for your new apartment as quickly as possible, please be sure to submit all required documents at the time of your application.

2. How do I change my address?

We know moving can be a hassle, but we want to make it as smooth as possible for you. That’s why we make moving easy by offering you a free moving concierge when you decide to make one of our apartments your new home! The Updater App will help you change your address without going to the post office, let your friends know your new address, update your rewards programs, schedule a moving truck, and even claim exclusive discounts to help make your move easier. 3. What’s included in my monthly rent payment?

Your rent payment includes your monthly rent plus any additional bundle services you signed up for. Utility services, such as water or electricity, are not included in your monthly rental payment. Your rent payment will be due on the 1st of every month. You can set up an automatic electronic payment through our resident portal, so you never need to stress about remembering to make a payment! You simply create a login to our Resident Services Portal where you can pay by electronic check, credit or debit card. You can even pay rent on your on your own schedule by taking advantage of our flexible payment options from GetFlex.com.
